Beautifully handmade vintage dress, in a vintage fabric in a 50s style, in an approximate size 14; in a beautiful floral print, on a black background, with white, grey, jade green, mid blue and damson plum graphic flowers.
It has buttons down the front to the waist, so you can just pull it over your head to put it on with a lovely, gentle oval neckline. There is also a very well concealed 8"/20cm zip just under the bust in the left hand seam, to help getting into the dress more easily -although as the buttons down the front top half open to the waist, you may not need to use it.
There is a slightly elasticated waist, leading to a much fuller pleated skirt that is lined in a grey satin style fabric.
There is a really good weight to the fabric, and this has been extremely well made to a professional level. There are no labels in the dress as it has been handmade, so our best guess is that this is a viscose blend fabric, as it does not feel like a polyester blend, and the lining is most likely to be a polyester satin.
