Really versatile Emilia Classics, 2 piece outfit set from the late 70s;  in matching fabric of 92% polyester and 8% elastane, so there is a really good flow and drape to the fabric, as well as having some stretch to them. 
They could easily been worn separately, as well as a complete outfit.
This would fit a modern size 8-10, but please check my measurements below to ensure this would fit you like you would hope.
Top:
V neckline, with short sleeves, and empireline drape from under bust (can also be referred to as peplum).
Pit to pit approx: 17"/43cm
Across the top of the shoulders approx: 16.5"/42cm
Length from top of shoulder to hem approx: 25.5"/65cm
Skirt:
Elasticated waistband -with the elastic still strong and sturdy, A line style, flaring out as the skirt drapes from the top, with one hanging loop at the waistband.
Across the waistband approx: 14"/35.5cm -stretching to approx: 19.5"/49cm
Length approx: 30"/76.5cm
Condition:
They are in fantastic condition with no signs of wear.
